Without further adieu, here are the pictures!
About the chair:
My coworker offered this chair up for the taking, so I jumped on it! Actually, first I sent Xena an email asking her if it could be saved and if she would help me save it! She said yes, so I then asked Nate. My coworker found it a few years ago, sitting on the side of the road with a sign that saying that it was free and was likely a 50s knoll or eames chair...
So, that's not right! It's a 70s Danish Lobofa 6 chair. It was already really comfortable, and all the mechanisms worked well. The fabric was itchy, but the dark green color was nice. The chair still isn't Knoll, but now the fabric is! We found this amazing fabric online at Modern Fabrics thanks to this other blog you may have heard about: Retro Renovation.

I love that it is a similar color to the original fabic. And I am just SO in love with the pattern!
Here are some pictures from the dismantling process:
the foam was pretty gross....
And here's some pictures from putting it back together! (somewhat in order)

The genius solution that Kathy came up with for the seam at the arm!
Love this chair!
